We went there for the antigene test. Stressed lady at the reception, only 6 people there. Bad organisation. Instead of giving out the form to fill in to the people while they are waiting, you fill in the form at the desk when you are attended.. which is 10 min loss per person.... many people calling to ask if an appoitment is needed.. so the lady is even more stressed.. you could place all the info on your FB or web... if it is there Im sorry.. I did not find it even if I was looking for the info. Result: 30 min of waiting and in the mean time only 2 people went for the test. So we went to another clinic. 10 people in the que. Everything proceeded within 15 min. Fast and well organised. It was my 2nd time at Brisamar and I did not leave happy again. I put 3 stars only for the location and the venue.

I had to do the COVID test upon my returning back home. This is a very nice place, well organized, and people who work there are full of empathy and kindness. I would like to say thank you to the ladies at the reception desk who went beyond their responsibilities to help me, especially miss Magda. Thank you to the lovely reception and nurse staff for your professionalism and kindness. I did my test on 10 June 2021, cost is 40 EUR.

Came to have a pre-flight Antigen COVID test, w/o appointment. Fast and well organized procedure, 15 min wait to take the test, 1 hour for results, immediate pickup.

Great service, very nice staff and the entire thing went very smoothly and quickly. We came at 9.30am on a Saturday, turned out to be the first ones there and paid €40 for an Antigen Test. Results were ready to be picked up an hour later

Did a PCR test for the journey back home. Made an appointment via chat on Google Maps and got one at 9am on a Monday. Short wait at that time. Price was €120 which is ok, especially compared to Switzerland. The results were ready at 6pm on the same day, however we had to come back to pick them up. No queue at that time though! Really good service and the staff speak a variety of languages. Would definitely come back, especially if you are staying in the area!
